Everyone from the receptionist to Dr. Highland were very professional, friendly and courteous. When I first arrived the receptionist greeted me, reviewed my completed paper work, which she, already completed prior to my arrival. I was made to feel very comfortable throughout my visits, and even asked if I preferred to called Bob or Robert…I choose Bob. Great job…. Bob P.
